Food Center

The Food Center at the Harvest Emergency Food Distribution Center is indeed a vital service. Established as a subsidiary of the Soul Harvest Church and Ministries, our mission revolves around addressing the critical needs of our community. Since our relocation to Baltimore in 2011, we have been dedicated to serving citizens who grapple with various social challenges commonly found in urban areas.

While our primary focus remains emergency food distribution, our services extend beyond this core mission. We have cultivated crucial partnerships with various organizations, including the Maryland Food Bank, Food Lion Corporation, Balt City Department of Social Services, Balt City Child Protection Services, and the USDA, among others.

At our Food Center, we go beyond the conventional provision of canned and dry goods. Our commitment is to provide our clients with a diverse array of nourishing foods, reflecting the same quality of nutrition that we ourselves enjoy. This encompasses a wide range of options, from poultry and seafood to beef, along with an abundant supply of fresh vegetables and much more.
